At saturday 9th of May 2009 the Annual Artmere Artfair was held at Almere-City centre.
Me and my wife (www.youtube.com/lareinawilleke ) were both participants at this annual event.
Both with our own paintings and I also sang a few songs.

About 140 participants exposed their works of art.
Ranging from oilpaint and acrylicpaint paintings in classic styled or fantasyfull figurative and non-figurative abstract works of art, up to sculptures and small statues to ceramics and jewelry and glass-art and much more and many more forms of artfull expression.
The weather was soft and warm with a slight gentle breeze.
There was an artfull atmosphere.
This is an annual event at the city of Almere.
This is a small and quick impression of the people and their art who were present that day.

Op zondag 8 november 2009 was er de officiële opening van de expositie Vrijheid, 20 jaar na de val van de Muur te Berlijn.
De gebeurtenis vond plaats in de Centrale Openbare Bibliotheek te Almere Stad.
De expositie is samengesteld uit kunstwerken van kunstenaars uit Flevoland.
De expositie loopt van 8-11-2009 tot en met 30-11-2009.
On sunday the 8th of November 2009 the offical opening of the exhibition Freedom, 20 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, took place.
The event took place in the Central Public Library in the centre of the City of Almere in the Netherlands.
The exhibition contains works of art made by various artists from the province of Flevoland in the Netherlands among wich of course LadyPurpleWilleke.
The exhibition runs from th 8th of November 2009 untill the 30th of NOvember 2009.
Music played and composed by the Colombian flute player Leonardo Rubinstein in 1987.

Op woensdagavond 22 oktober 2009 was er een inleveravond van kunstwerken door kunstenaars uit Flevoland en Almere en omgeving voor de Expositie Vrijheid, 20 jaar na de val van de Muur in Berlijn, die van 8-11-2009 tot en met 30-11-2009 wordt gehouden.
De muziek is "Crystals" van de Colombiaanse fluitist Leonardo Rubinstein opgenomen in 1987.
